Rooms
Our Banquet Facility is divided into three separate rooms, that can be utilized by groups as small as 15 and as large as 500.
The Tiger Room
The Tiger Room is our most intimate event space, perfect for small dinners or workshops. Holding anywhere from 15 to 75 people, the Tiger Room features a high-definition projector and screen, as well as audio/visual inputs.
The Boone Room
The Boone Room features our largest hardwood dance floor, and a stationary elevated stage. Holding anywhere from 30 to 120 people, the Boone Room is a great selection for receptions and conferences alike. The Boone Room also features a large, high-definition projection screen, as well as audio/visual inputs. With a full stationary bar, the Boone Room converts nicely from all-day conference, to relaxing cocktail party.
The Columbia Room
The Columbia Room is our largest event space, holding anywhere from 40 to 175 people. This larger space features 2 high-definition projectors and screens, as well as audio/visual inputs. The Columbia Room also features a stationary hardwood dance floor. The full stationary bar, adds another level of functionality to this event space.
Room Combinations and an Open Facility
For larger events, ranging in size from 175 to 500 guests, our clients may choose to combine any or all of our event spaces into one large space. Combining event spaces will allow for not only additional space, but for additional audio/visual capabilities as well. All of our projectors, screens, and microphones, can be used in any and all of our event spaces.
The Room Charge
For a rental of any and all rooms, we require a Flat Rate Room Charge. This Room Charge covers the use of Linens, China, Silverware, Glassware, and Table Skirtings.
Weekdays $ 300.00 per room
Weekends $ 400.00 per room
The Minimum Requirement
In order to reserve any or all of our event spaces, we require a minimum dollar guarantee. This dollar amount is based on the size of the event space and the type of service. The minimum is based on Food and Beverage sales only, and does not factor in miscellaneous charges. The minimum is not an arbitrary charge, but simply a guideline to ensure the perfect sized space for your event.
